Privacy Policy
This page explains how personal data provided through the APNexum website is processed, especially through the contact form.
Summary of processing
This section summarises how personal data submitted through the contact form is handled.
Data controller
Personal data processed
APNexum may process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, such as:
- name and surname,
- company or project,
- email address,
- phone number, if you choose to provide it,
- type of support or area of interest,
- urgency or priority indicated,
- information included in your message or request.
Technical data related to the form submission may also be processed, such as submission date, source URL, acquisition source or UTM parameters, in order to manage the request properly and understand the origin of the enquiry.
Purpose of processing
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- to manage requests received through the contact form,
- to answer enquiries or requests for information,
- to assess needs related to automation, AI or process improvement,
- to maintain communications related to the submitted request,
- to organise incoming commercial contacts internally and follow up on pending opportunities.
Your data will not be used to send mass commercial communications, newsletters or unsolicited campaigns, unless you expressly authorise it or another lawful basis applies.
Lawful basis
The main lawful basis for processing your data is the consent you give by ticking the relevant box and submitting the form.
Where the request relates to a potential engagement or proposal, processing may also be based on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
Use of automation and AI
APNexum may use automation and artificial intelligence tools to organise requests internally, classify the type of need, estimate commercial priority or suggest a next follow-up action.
This use is for organisational and commercial management purposes. No automated decisions with legal effects, or similarly significant effects on the data subject, are taken without human intervention.
Data retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and maintain the commercial follow-up associated with the enquiry.
Where the request does not lead to a commercial relationship, the data may be retained for a reasonable period to manage possible subsequent communications and, in any event, for the periods required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities.
When the data is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, it will be erased or blocked in accordance with the applicable legal criteria.
Recipients and providers
As a general rule, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
For the operation of the website, form, email, automations and internal request handling, technological providers acting as processors may intervene. These providers will only process the data to the extent necessary to deliver their services.
If any of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be adopted in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights at any time to:
- access your data and know what is being processed,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- request erasure where appropriate,
- object to certain processing activities,
- request restriction of processing,
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable,
- withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, you may send a request to contacto@apnexum.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing the information necessary to identify your request.
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Mandatory nature of the data
Fields marked as required in the form are necessary to properly manage the request. If they are not provided, APNexum may be unable to respond to or process the enquiry correctly.
Fields not marked as required, such as the phone number where it appears as optional, may be provided voluntarily to improve communication or follow-up.
Security measures
Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, improper disclosure or unauthorised use.
These measures will be adapted to the type of data processed, the processing context and the associated risks.
Changes to this policy
APNexum may update this privacy policy whenever necessary to reflect legal, technical or operational changes to the website and its internal systems.
